Pollution Prevention
Pollution Prevention (P2) is any practice that avoids, eliminates or reduces waste at the source and prevents pollution to the land, water and air. P2 focuses on reducing mankind’s ecological footprint.
September 17-23, 2007 is designated as Pollution Prevention Week. This is a great opportunity to participate in activities that prevent pollution and to remember that we can make choices that make a difference.
